So I ordered Microsoft Word 2003 about a week ago from this site. They shipped it through FedEx. FedEx sent me an email two days ago, from which I offer the following quote
"1221 Elderberry Ridge Lane"
This is a direct copy and paste of the address the package was to be delivered to from the email.
Today I click my tracking link they sent me and see this.
"Oct 12, 2005 5:08 PM
Delivered
Louisville, KY
Left at front door. Signature Service not requested."
Seeing as how there was no package at my door, I decided to call them.
FedEx proceeded to tell me that the package was delivered to 1226 Elderberry Ridge Lane. Wonderful, so even though they did have the right number, they couldn't handle taking the package there.
I got off the phone and began walking to find 1226 to ask for my package. Lo and behold, my street ends at 1224.
THERE IS NO GOD DAMN 1226 ELDERBERRY RIDGE LANE.
Suffice it to say, I'm pissed.
I called them back and explained that the package was delivered to the wrong address. I pause to let her ask for my tracking number, at which point she asks me
"How can I help you?"
...I couldn't respond for a moment, and then I snapped "By telling me where the hell my package is!".
This got her working better.
So now I have to wait until they can track the fucking driver down and find out where the dipshit ACTUALLY left the box. Then the driver has to go BACK and FIND the box and REDELIVER it to me.
I swear to god, if they fucking lost my 70 dollar program, I will throw a fucking FIT to them until they fucking FIX it.
